Miss Hengesbach was my favorite teacher of all time (first grade). I remember the fifth grade play, "Pink Bread". I still remember the words to a few of the songs!
I taught in Champion, Ohio and Erie, Pa. We lived in Mentor for a brief time, where I interpreted for a beautiful girl named Andrea at Chardon High School. We have been in Cincinnati, Ohio, since 1989. I am currently teaching fifth grade math and social studies.
My sister and I "toured" Willowick recently. We went past our old house and to Manry Park. We also went down to Shoregate and through all of the neighborhoods. Memories came flooding back! It had been a long time since I'd been in Willowick.

We used to take our tandem bike everywhere and often walked to the high school football games.
